Booker is hiring a QA Analyst - Web to join our collaborative Web Project Team. You will ensure the quality, reliability and performance of our web and digital solutions while working with colleagues, stakeholders and partners.

The role requires experience in QA testing, familiarity with automation tools and strong problem-solving skills, within an Agile context. Join us to contribute to high-quality web deliveries and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA testing across web and digital projects.
• Strong understanding of software testing and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver testing activities across web and digital projects.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Execute manual and automated testing, managing defects through to resolution.
• Work closely with developers, analysts, business stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
• Support sprint planning, releases and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help enhance our automation capability and testing best practices.
• Produce quality metrics, reporting and insights to support successful delivery.
