Our client is currently seeking a Web Project Manager to join their digital team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for websites and digital solutions, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships. The successful candidate will act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of digital projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships
2. Lead multiple digital projects from scoping to final delivery
3. Coordinate with developers, designers, and marketing teams to meet project objectives
4. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard
5. Contribute to business development by identifying upsell opportunities
6. Oversee budgets, timelines, and invoicing for assigned projects
7. Support and mentor internal account/project management team members

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience as a Client Delivery Manager, Account Manager, or Project Manager in a digital or web setting
• Strong understanding of websites, design, and digital platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial awareness with a strategic, solution-focused mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
• Confident leading client meetings and collaborating with stakeholders
