Qualifications

• Proven experience managing digital, web development, or software projects.
• Commercial awareness, with understanding of project scope, budgets, and changes on delivery.

• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Receive briefs from clients and ensure clear understanding of objectives and success criteria.
• Define project scope with the technical team, prepare proposals, and produce estimates.
• Act as primary client contact, keeping them informed throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate and prioritise work for developers, ensuring timely delivery.
• Monitor progress, timelines, and priorities, resolving risks or blockers.
• Test and review completed work to meet requirements and brief.
• Produce progress reports and recommendations for improvements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify ongoing opportunities.
