We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Web Production Lead to oversee the end-to-end production of a corporate web presence.

In this role, you will manage website changes and new web projects, serve as the central point of contact for stakeholder requests, oversee site hygiene and governance, and work extensively within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will lead and support the AEM authoring team, establish and promote web production best practices, partner with UX, design, analytics, and engineering teams, and manage project and ticket workflows through Jira.

The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on AEM and web production experience with excellent stakeholder management, organizational, and team leadership skills.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the full lifecycle of website page changes and new web projects, from intake and scoping through build, QA, and publishing
  • Coordinate and prioritize stakeholder requests, serving as the primary point of contact across authors, UX/design, project management, content, engineering, marketing, and business stakeholders
  • Oversee website hygiene and governance, including AEM content tree and folder structure, naming conventions, URLs/slugs, metadata, digital asset management (DAM), component/template usage, and content retirement
  • Lead and mentor the AEM authoring team by establishing standards, providing training and enablement, promoting best practices, reviewing quality, and supporting author development
  • Partner with UX/UI and Engineering teams to understand component and template updates, planned AEM enhancements, and changes to authoring workflows
  • Manage the Jira backlog for web production, including ticket and epic intake, triage, estimation, assignment, prioritization, status tracking, blocker escalation, and stakeholder communication
  • Champion web publishing best practices related to quality assurance, accessibility, WCAG AA, SEO/findability, responsive design, and brand compliance
  • Collaborate with UX/UI and Analytics teams to identify authoring and site-production issues and drive continuous improvement with Engineering
  • Develop and refine production workflows, SLAs, triage procedures, authoring standards, onboarding programs, training, recurring author support, and knowledge resources
  • Produce and present regular reporting and metrics related to site health, broken links, orphaned content, stakeholder request volumes, publishing velocity, and author backlogs
  • Support major web initiatives by coordinating production resources, ensuring quality delivery, and maintaining adherence to established timelines
  • Support experimentation and personalization initiatives across website content, pages, landing pages, product pages, and conversion funnels
  • Own the production execution of website experiments in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Champion the use of AI throughout the web production lifecycle, including generative content support, AI-assisted tagging and metadata generation, component intelligence, and workflow automation
  • Partner with Engineering and AEM platform teams to explore AI and machine-learning capabilities within the AEM ecosystem, including intelligent authoring suggestions, component and template health monitoring, automated retirement, predictive QA, and performance alerts
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in web production, web content management, digital project delivery, or a related role
  • Substantial hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including templates, components, DAM, MSM, multisite environments, publishing, permissions, metadata, and content tree management
  • Strong experience managing content production workflows, ticketing/project systems such as Jira, and high volumes of web change requests
  • Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with UX, content, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and business stakeholders
  • Proven team leadership or supervisory experience, including assigning work, managing capacity, reviewing quality, training authors, and establishing standards
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Strong understanding of web design and publishing best practices, including accessibility, SEO, responsive design, and quality assurance
  • Ability to troubleshoot web production issues and clearly communicate whether issues relate to content, components, styling, or responsive behavior
