Job summary

You will work with product, design and platform teams to plan the Web Client roadmap and ensure scalable, reliable experiences for millions of viewers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of software development life cycle, coding standards, reviews, and live site operations.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery and quality of Prime Video Web Client experiences, balancing customer needs with business goals.
• Lead and develop a team of software engineers, set expectations and remove blockers.
• Apply AI-driven approaches to testing and development workflows across browsers and devices.
• Monitor customer experience, software quality, and operational health using data and anecdotes.
• Collaborate with product, design, and platform teams to plan the Web Client roadmap.
