Job Description:

Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the creation of site content and features to continually improve user experience and support Wild Thang’s goals and strategies.
  • Work closely with our third-party developer managing website content, direct data feeds, including writing new content, creating new pages, and functionality.
  • Collaborate with the third-party developer to maintain plugins, bespoke code solutions, and update existing content, gaining independence in these tasks.
  • Stay up to date with the latest web design and development trends and technologies.
  • Identify and implement website UX improvements based on user feedback and performance metrics.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, work with developers to ensure updates and perform software updates.
  • Monitor, assess, and report on website performance; develop dashboards and advise on analytics strategy.
  • Increase traffic and engagement through SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
  • Develop scripts and code for digital attribution, user tracking, and tag management.
  • Ensure website security and perform testing for efficiency and quality.
  • Evaluate competitors and industry best practices.
  • Manage product data and liaise with sales and development teams for data integration.
  • Develop and manage websites for EU & US markets with third-party teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2-3 years of web design and development experience, managing websites.
  • Strong knowledge of content management systems and web design/UX.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend revisions.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms).
  • Deep understanding of SEO and SEM strategies.
  • Knowledge of current web development trends and cross-browser/mobile compatibility.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Detail-oriented, good verbal skills, self-motivated.
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields is a plus.
  • Experience with Amazon store management and social media advertising is a plus.

Position details: Full-time, hours 8-5 Mon-Thurs, 8:30-4 on Fridays, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, salary negotiable.
