Responsibilities include:
- Lead the creation of site content and features to improve user experience and support Wild Thang’s goals.
- Work with third-party developers managing website content, data feeds, and creating new pages and functionalities.
- Coordinate with developers to maintain plugins, custom code, and content updates, gaining independence in these tasks.
- Stay updated on web design and development trends.
- Identify and implement website UX improvements based on feedback and analytics.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure website updates and security.
- Monitor website performance, develop dashboards, and advise on analytics strategies.
- Increase traffic and engagement using SEO and SEM strategies.
- Develop scripts for digital attribution, user tracking, and tag management.
- Support social media campaigns and marketing efforts.
- Manage website integrations with CRM platforms.
- Ensure proper domain registration and hosting.
- Test website efficiency and quality.
- Evaluate competitors and industry best practices.
- Manage product data and coordinate with sales and development teams.
- Develop and manage EU & US websites with third-party teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2-3 years in web design and development, managing websites.
- Experience with content management systems.
- Knowledge of web design, UX, HTML, CSS, Javascript.
- Experience with web analytics tools and SEO/SEM.
- Understanding of cross-browser and mobile compatibility.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Amazon store management and social media advertising is a plus.
