Web Manager – Wild Thang

Lead the creation of site content and features to continually improve the website user experience and support Wild Thang’s goals and strategies.

Work closely with our third-party developer managing website content, direct data feeds, including writing new content, creating new pages, and functionality.

Coordinate with our third-party developer to implement and maintain plugins, bespoke code solutions, edit and audit existing content, and remove outdated content. The candidate should develop understanding and independence in these tasks.

Stay up to date with the latest web design and development trends and technologies.

Identify ways to improve website UX, based on user feedback and performance metrics/analytics.

Identify and troubleshoot website technical issues, work with third-party developers to ensure updates and perform software updates as needed.

Monitor, assess, and report on website performance. Develop dashboards for performance tracking and advise internal teams on web analytics and content strategy.

Increase traffic and engagement through SEO and SEM best practices.

Develop scripts and code for digital attribution, user tracking, and tag management. Assist with social media campaigns and marketing efforts. Manage pay-per-click and SEO strategies.

Understand website integrations with CRM platforms.

Ensure domain registration and hosting are correctly configured.

Monitor website security breaches and respond promptly.

Conduct tests to ensure website efficiency and quality.

Evaluate competitor websites and industry best practices.

Manage product data in Excel, work with sales software and development teams to import data and connect to the website.

Develop and manage an EU & US website in collaboration with third-party developers.

Wild Thang has relied heavily on third-party developers and leadership to advance our digital presence. Due to growth, we seek a creative and proactive Web Manager to join our Senior Team and elevate our digital strategies.

Position: Permanent, full-time

Hours: 8-5 Mon-Thu, 8:30-4 Fri

Holidays: 20 days + bank holidays

Additional benefits include company shutdown over Christmas, salary negotiable based on experience.
