Job description

Lead the creation of site content and features to continually improve the website user experience and support Wild Thang’s goals and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work closely with our third-party developer managing the website content, data feeds, including writing new content, creating new pages, and functionality.
2. Coordinate with the developer to implement and maintain plugins, bespoke code solutions, audit existing content, and update outdated content, gaining independence in these tasks.
3. Stay up to date with the latest web design and development trends and technologies.
4. Identify and implement website UX improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues, ensure updates are applied, and perform software upgrades.
6. Monitor website performance, develop dashboards, and advise internal teams on analytics and content strategy.
7. Increase website traffic and engagement through SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
8. Develop scripts for digital attribution, user tracking, and tag management.
9. Assist with social media campaigns, manage PPC campaigns, and optimize search engine presence.
10. Manage website integrations with CRM platforms and ensure correct domain registration and hosting.
11. Monitor and respond to security breaches.
12. Conduct tests to ensure website efficiency and quality.
13. Evaluate competitors’ websites and follow industry best practices.
14. Manage product data in Excel and coordinate with sales and development teams for data integration.
15. Develop and manage EU & US websites in collaboration with the third-party development team.
