Qualifications

• Extensive experience building scalable backend services.
• Proficient in Java, Kotlin, or TypeScript.
• Experience with Spring, Python, NodeJS, ReactNative.
• Familiar with AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.
• Observability with Grafana LGTM stack; AI tools integration in a safe way.

Responsibilities

• Translate marketing requirements into technical specifications.
• Own large projects, influence roadmap and mentor peers.
• Ship features that improve user experience and business outcomes.
• Maintain code quality, testing, and long-term health of systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and product.
