Job summary

Crystal Net Solutions is seeking an experienced Web Experience Developer to build fast, accessible, conversion-focused websites and campaigns. You will work across design, marketing and development to turn ideas into polished digital experiences that drive results.

You’ll have opportunities to grow technically, learn from designers, and contribute to a friendly team that values collaboration and continuous improvement, ownership of features, and experimentation.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in Front-End Web Experience, preferably in an agency or retail setting.
• Experience building marketing-led websites, landing pages or campaigns.
• Comfortable with agency deadlines and multiple clients.
• Collaborates with designers, marketers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM packages like Zoho and CMS-driven sites.
• Awareness of performance tools (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals) and CRO basics.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive, user-focused front-end experiences for marketing sites and campaigns.
• Develop landing pages, microsites, and interfaces to support lead generation.
• Translate designs into production-ready code with designers.
• Optimize front-end performance, accessibility and SEO practices.
• Support marketing with A/B tests, content updates, and campaigns.
• Work with Zoho and other CMS/tools to support marketing functionality.
• Maintain clean, scalable front-end code across projects.
• Manage tasks and feedback through internal project management and CRM systems.

We’re a growing web design company creating high-performing digital experiences for a wide range of brands. We’re looking for an experienced Web Experience Developer who loves building fast, accessible, conversion-focused websites and campaign experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable across design, marketing, and developmentand takes pride in turning creative ideas into polished, user-friendly digital experiences that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

• Building responsive, user-focused front‑end experiences for marketing websites and campaigns
• Developing landing pages, microsites, and interfaces designed to support lead generation and conversion
• Collaborating closely with designers to faithfully translate designs into production‑ready code
• Optimising front‑end performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices
• Supporting marketing teams with A/B tests, content updates, and marketing campaign launches
• Working within Zoho and other CMS/platform tools to support marketing functionality
• Maintaining clean, scalable, and reusable front‑end code across projects
• Managing tasks and feedback through internal project management and CRM systems

What We’re Looking For

• Must have proven work experience in a similar Front-End Web Experience role, preferably within a Marketing Agency/Retail environment
• Proven experience building marketing-led websites, landing pages, or digital campaigns
• Comfortable working in an agency environment with multiple clients and deadlines
• Experience collaborating with designers, marketers, and non‑technical stakeholders
• Some exposure to CRM packages ie, Zoho, or similar – desirable
• Experience with CMS-driven marketing sites – desirable
• Some familiarity with performance and optimisation tools (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals, etc.) – desirable
• Understanding of CRO principles and marketing analytics
