Digital Interaction Web Designer | Remote | £45K-£55K UK based applicants only

We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing HR tech company revolutionizing employer branding. They’re looking for a Senior Digital Interaction Designer to craft engaging web interactions, animations, and motion prototypes that enhance user experiences.

The Role:

1. Design & prototype dynamic interactions, animations, and micro-interactions using tools like Framer, Protopie, or Lottie.
2. Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and marketers to deliver seamless digital experiences.
3. Create sophisticated web interactions, animations, scroll effects, and micro-interactions that elevate user experience.
4. Ensure accessibility & performance by following UX best practices and WCAG 2.2 standards.
5. Present & advocate design solutions to stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 3+ years’ experience in digital or interaction design.
2. Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
3. Versatility in design approach, capable of adapting to various styles and client needs.
4. Experience working with large enterprise organizations as the end client.
5. Ability to design and develop dynamic motion prototypes that bring digital experiences to life.
