London Business School is excited to recruit a driven and communicative Web Content Editor to join Brand and Marketing on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of content on the School's external websites.
As a subject matter expert for our content management system, this role collaborates with colleagues across departments to implement content changes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality at all stages.
Your responsibilities include making web updates, building and publishing web pages, auditing and updating existing content, and monitoring website performance against set objectives/KPIs.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop standard brand materials or support the professional in-house production of more complex brand materials to promote London Business School.
- Complete tasks following defined policies and procedures to ensure a consistent, high-quality service to all clients and stakeholders.
- Support small projects through research, external benchmarking, and project planning, sometimes leading specific activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues within and outside the team to promote cross-departmental working.
- Review processes and systems proactively, suggesting improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure web content is accurately edited, published, and maintained promptly.
