About the role;

As a Web Analytics Executive, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting website data to improve online marketing campaigns and strategies. You will work in alignment with the company SEO and Content Plan, playing a crucial role in understanding customer behaviour, tracking conversions, and providing insights to optimise web presence and conversion rates.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Implement and manage web analytics tools and platforms
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on website traffic and user behaviour
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure accurate data collection and reporting
  • Provide insights to improve website performance, engagement, and conversions
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to enhance user experience
  • Stay updated with trends and best practices in web analytics and online marketing

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
  • HubSpot skills are desirable but not essential
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Relevant experience in marketing analytics
  • B2B experience is advantageous
