Due to the exciting expansion in manifestation and growth we are happily experiencing, the Internet and E-Commerce team is looking for a Web Administrator. As the Web Administrator, you will report to the Director of Information Technology. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to help us design and maintain our Web systems infrastructure. You will work alongside our IT Infrastructure Team, utilizing various technologies, and contributing passionately to our organization.

This position requires direct feedback and consultation with development engineers on problem resolution.

Required Skills:

• Act as a bridge between application development teams and domain architects to ensure that the application and infrastructure meet organizational goals.
• Conduct assessments of project solution architectures to ensure alignment with application performance standards and that design meets performance requirements.
• Ensure application components fit well with infrastructure and conform to security standards and vulnerability assessments.
• Review performance engineering from people, process, and technology perspectives.
• Develop and refine best practices for capturing non-functional requirements related to system performance.
• Provide excellent organizational service by enabling and troubleshooting web solutions hosted on web farms and server configurations.
• Create capacity planning and estimation templates based on non-functional requirements to define deployment architectures and estimate costs.
• Define and implement best practices for code instrumentation, exception handling, graceful degradation, and fault tolerance, collaborating with application teams and vendors.
• Develop troubleshooting and performance optimization playbooks and promote their use among teams.
• Leverage tools, techniques, and subject matter experts to address application performance issues.

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 6 years related experience.
