Job summary

MBDA in Stevenage is seeking a Weapon Systems Operations Product Lead to own the definition and delivery of product strategies for a range of systems. You will influence project roadmaps, policies and technical standards, ensuring compliance with wider GMA/GSA strategies.

You will lead and shape new proposals for architectural solutions across diverse product lines, collaborating with UK and international partners, and building strong relationships with academia, SMEs and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in the design and development of electronics, preferably in the defence industry.
• Strong influencing skills across peer groups and into senior management.
• Ability to write clear and concise engineering documentation.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategies and road maps for weapon systems.
• Lead proposals for architectural solutions to acceptance by Project teams.
• Influence project roadmaps to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with UK and international stakeholders to align on architecture.
