MBDA is offering a Weapon System Equipment undergraduate placement for 2027. You will join the WSE team to develop equipment and subsystems, supporting from bidding through to delivery and integration. The role combines on-site days with remote work under a hybrid model.

Starting September 2027 for 1 year, with potential to pursue a graduate role based on performance. Applicants must be a British citizen or dual UK national and will undergo BPSS checks after an offer.

Qualifications

• Undergrad currently studying a degree in STEM disciplines (see eligible subjects).
• Eligible for security checks (BPSS) after offer.
• Placement starts Sept 2027 for 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Assist with weapon system equipment development and integration activities.
• Support sub-system requirements generation and technical management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product lifecycle.
