Verrus is seeking an Executive Recruiter for its WealthTech team in Leeds. You will drive billing objectives through permanent placements of senior sales, commercial, technical and leadership professionals across digital brokerage, portfolio management, onboarding and KYC SaaS domains.

Qualifications

• Confident, engaging, articulate communication in English.
• Prior recruitment, consulting, sales, or business development experience advantageous.
• Ability to identify and win clients through proactive marketing.

Responsibilities

• Meet billing objectives through permanent placements of senior professionals.
• Develop within WealthTech team to place senior sales, commercial, technical and leadership staff.
• Build a global client base across North America, EMEA and APAC.
• Act as a 360 consultant with significant business development responsibilities.
