Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to advise, challenge, and oversee compliance risks across investing and trading products, enabling innovation while meeting global regulatory expectations. You will partner with Trading, Product, Legal and Risk teams to implement scalable controls and clear guidance for fast-moving product roadmaps.

Your work will include reviewing new launches, conducting market conduct reviews, supporting regulatory examinations, and monitoring evolving

Qualifications

Experience in compliance, market conduct, brokerage, or trading oversight.
Knowledge of investment products, trading platforms, and related regulations.
Ability to challenge and guide Product teams with clarity and pragmatism.
Exceptional analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Reviewing new investment/trading product launches and changes for regulatory compliance
Designing and enhancing controls across trading, brokerage, and wealth operations
Conducting deep-dive reviews on market conduct, suitability, appropriateness, disclosures, etc.
Supporting regulatory examinations, audits, and governance processes
Working closely with Trading, Product, Legal, and Risk stakeholders
Monitoring regulatory developments in investments, securities, and crypto
