Qualifications

• Experience with frontend technologies and API-led backend architectures.
• Ability to shape shared platforms and govern cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineering teams, ensuring delivery within scope, time and budget.
• Define and govern engineering standards and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Architecture, Operations and Risk to align on outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement of the wealth management engineering stack and tooling.
