Job summary

IDEX Consulting Ltd is assisting a highly regarded independent financial planning firm based in Coventry to appoint an experienced IFA Support Administrator / Wealth Planning Assistant to join its growing team.

This role offers exposure across the full advisory process, close collaboration with advisers, and opportunities for progression within wealth management and financial planning, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, client service, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IFA/wealth management or financial planning environment.
• Experience with business processing and provider interaction.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Working towards DipPFS (Level 4) is advantageous.
• Genuine interest in developing within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Support advisers throughout the client journey and prepare meeting packs.
• Liaise with clients, providers and third parties to progress cases.
• Process new business and manage applications through to completion.
• Support suitability reports and financial planning documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure FCA requirements are met.
