Job summary

RGB Recruitment is seeking a Planning Administrator on a permanent basis for a busy wealth management office on the outskirts of Exeter. This role offers hybrid working and free parking.

You will support Wealth Managers with client servicing, prepare documentation for reviews, maintain records, and act as first point of contact for client enquiries, while driving efficient administration and compliance processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Work well in a small team.
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, client-focused approach.
• Previous financial services would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Wealth Managers with client servicing and administration
• Prepare documentation for client reviews
• Maintain records & updating systems
• First point of contact for client enquiries
• Managing a busy Administration system and the compliance processes
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems
• Assisting the team with Administration and general office support
