Job summary

IDEX Consulting are working with a leading wealth management business to recruit a Financial Planning Administrator in Newcastle. The role supports Financial Planners to deliver strong client outcomes and involves building client relationships, liaising with operations, and preparing meeting packs and valuations.

Applicants should have recent experience in a Financial Advisory or Wealth Management environment and will work in a hybrid model with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Recent and relevant experience in a Financial Advisory or Wealth Management environment.
• Experience supporting Financial Planners and back-office operations.
• Strong administrative and data accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• To work closely with the aligned Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes.
• To build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact.
• Liaise with operational teams where support is required.
• Preparation of meeting packs and valuations.
• Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies.
