Job summary

A well-established financial planning business in Godalming is seeking an experienced Client Services Administrator to join their team and provide dedicated administrative and client servicing support. The role involves preparing packs, quotes, and ensuring accurate client records while working with senior advisers.

The candidate should have strong experience in financial services administration, wealth management or financial planning, with a focus on high-level client service and organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services administration noted.
• Familiarity with FCA-regulated environments desirable.

Responsibilities

• Preparing new business and client review packs
• Preparing protection quotes
• Managing Letters of Authority and provider requests
• Producing year-end tax packs and Annual Service Reviews
• Recording and progressing new business
• Managing follow-up tasks and queries through iO
• Following up outstanding fees and commission
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files
• Dealing with client enquiries and general administration
