This role will be based out of our Hessle location, where you’ll join a passionate and talented team!

Kingswood Holdings Limited (trading as Kingswood) is an AIM-listed wealth management group, with over 19,000 active clients and approximately £9 billion of Assets under Management. We have a growing network of offices across the UK, as well as in New York and Johannesburg. Our clients range from private individuals to some of the UK’s largest universities. Our vision is to be a leading global provider of trusted wealth planning and investment management solutions, supported by investment in people and innovative technology.

What you’ll do as a Wealth Planner:

  1. Build key client relationships and collaborate with Investment Managers to enhance client engagement.
  2. Work directly with clients, providing a range of financial planning solutions and conducting annual reviews.
  3. Grow your client base organically through referrals and professional networking.
  4. Prepare, present, and implement advice recommendations and cash flow modelling reports.
  5. Handle administrative tasks as part of your role.
  6. Liaise with Client Liaison Administrators and Paraplanners to ensure a seamless client experience.
  7. Maintain competency through ongoing professional development (CPD) hours.

Additionally, you'll have full access to Kingswood Go, a market-leading app for referring and promoting within your client base.

This list is not exhaustive; you may be asked to undertake other tasks as reasonably directed by your line manager, with appropriate training and guidance.

What we are looking for:

  • Qualified to at least Level 4 in Regulated Financial Planning.
  • Experience managing private client relationships and providing financial advice.
  • Knowledge of a range of products and asset classes.
  • Ability to support clients across all wealth bands, including those with little or no financial knowledge.
  • Strong numeracy skills, attention to detail, and experience dealing with multiple currencies.

We offer a transparent bonus structure for new client acquisition and retention of existing clients.

At Kingswood, we value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace, celebrating differences regardless of background, race, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, or disability. We continuously improve our policies to foster an inclusive culture.

Joining Kingswood means contributing to our core values and enjoying top career development opportunities. We prioritize teamwork, inclusivity, and culture, and continually enhance our employee benefits, including:

  • 26 days annual leave plus a day off for your birthday.
  • Cycle to work scheme to help you save on commuting costs.
  • Life Assurance providing a lump sum to your family if you pass away in service.
  • Private healthcare for you and your family (subject to one year's service), including free annual eye tests.
  • Two paid volunteering days per year.
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity pay.
