Job Description: Wealth Manager at HSBC

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and support a portfolio of high-value premier customers.
  2. Act as a trusted adviser, guiding clients through key life events such as investing, saving, planning for retirement, and family protection.
  3. Conduct in-depth reviews to identify clients' personal and financial needs and deliver tailored wealth management services.
  4. Advise on a range of products, including HSBC offerings and external partners.
  5. Deliver needs-based solutions through effective communication and influence.
  6. Monitor and assess potential impacts, risks, and opportunities for clients and the business.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Hold relevant Level 4 qualifications (e.g., Dip CII, CISI) and meet professional standing requirements.
  • CAS status is preferred.
  • Experience providing holistic financial advice across various products and services.
  • Previous roles such as Wealth Adviser, IFA, or Financial Planning Manager are desirable.
  • Experience in retail banking, relationship management, or front office environments.
