• At least 10 years of substantial professional experience in any sector.
• Proven record of achievement, meaningful responsibility and sound professional judgement.
• Demonstrated curiosity about clients and ability to balance commercial aims with suitability.

Responsibilities

• Undertake the structured programme and complete CISI qualifications and milestones.
• Balance on‑desk responsibilities with study time and seek targeted support when needed.
• Develop client relationships and foundations of a long‑term client book from month six.
