Wealth Management Relationship Associate - Berkswell, Coventry

We are seeking a Wealth Management Relationship Associate to join our client's SJP firm in Berkswell. The role involves collaborating with Financial Advisers and colleagues to assist in preparing recommendations, producing suitability reports, and liaising with clients.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing delegated tasks, deadlines, and reminders.
  2. Managing Adviser diaries and client appointments.
  3. Serving as the first point of contact for calls into the adviser, liaising with the Private Client Manager.
  4. Arranging travel and meetings for Advisers.
  5. Contacting prospects/clients to explain services and arranging meetings.
  6. Maintaining relationships with prospects and clients, including follow-ups.
  7. Liaising with clients and third parties regarding administrative queries.
  8. Growing existing business and onboarding new clients.
  9. Supporting client events and managing digital presence.
  10. Evaluating client satisfaction and campaign effectiveness.
  11. Ensuring compliance with business and regulatory standards.
  12. Providing excellent customer service and support for adhoc projects.

Previous experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and CRM software (preferably Salesforce) is required. Training will be provided.

Knowledge and Experience:

  1. Senior administrative experience in investment/wealth management.
  2. Experience managing client accounts and relationships.
  3. Knowledge of relevant regulations, GDPR, and risk management.
  4. Previous PA/office support experience, ideally in financial services.
  5. Experience with client management systems like Salesforce is desirable.
