Wealth Management Partner - London

Our client is looking for a Wealth Management Partner to join their firm based in London. You will have access to a team of paraplanners and financial admins to help support your develop your career as a Financial Adviser. We are working with an award winning wealth management, looking to help aspiring Financial Advisers by providing flexibility and freedom of growth within their network, by providing Independent advice to high-net-worth clients and rewarding them with equity within their practice.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic advice across a variety of financial products and services (debt management, cash management, insurance coverage, investments)
  • Assess client’s overall financial picture, understand their needs and develop a solid financial plan
  • Guide clients towards a profitable and secure financial decision
  • Cultivate client base and build win-win relationships
  • Network, generate leads and grab opportunities to sell funds, stocks, bonds etc to meet sales quotas
  • Keep abreast of new industry’s trends and research market to back up financial consulting
  • Oversee the course of the financial plan and update it, if necessary, to ensure profits
  • Comply with all industry rules and regulations
  • Liaise with providers, solicitors, valuers and other professionals

Requirements and skills

  • Proven working experience as a Financial Adviser, Financial Planner or relevant experience
  • Track record of successful financial guidance
  • Ability to analyse market’s financial data and to provide appropriate data-based advice
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
  • Excellent PC knowledge and ability to operate database systems
  • Current certificate of qualifications (FCA, CII, DipFA, CISI or other)
  • Degree in Finance or related field preferable
