IDEX Consulting Ltd. is recruiting for a Client Services Associate to join our established wealth management business in Edinburgh. You will support Financial Advisers and the Private Wealth team with client administration, new business and ongoing client servicing.

The role requires strong attention to detail, good organisational and communication skills, and competence with Microsoft Word and Excel. Previous wealth management experience is desirable but not essential, and the team operates in

• Wealth management or financial services experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Support onboarding and ongoing servicing of clients.
• Process payments, withdrawals and transfers for ISAs, SIPPs, bonds and GIAs.
• Process Letters of Authority and obtain information from providers.
• Produce valuations, performance reports and transaction statements.
• Support new business applications and account administration.
• Liaise with clients, Advisers and third-party providers.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Ensure client communications are accurate and issued on time.
