Rathbones in Guildford is seeking a Client Service Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and client life cycle processing support, ensuring accurate onboarding, transfers, payments and account updates while delivering an excellent client experience.

This entry‑level, client‑facing role sits within the Wealth Management Client Care team and offers structured development, exposure to advisory processes and a supportive office environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the regulatory environment (advantageous).
• Awareness of Rathbones products and services.
• Demonstrable interest in administration and evidence of self‑development.

Responsibilities

• Manages client admin tasks with data accuracy: onboarding, transfers, payments, updates, closures and estate administration.
• Provides operational support: booking rooms, processing expenses, preparing meeting packs and correspondence.
• Assists with investigation and resolution of client queries and refers investment questions to team members.
• Communicates with clients to provide accurate, up‑to‑date information within policy limits.
• Manages mass mailings and keeps correspondence updated.
• Creates/amends presentations or literature for client meetings.
• Maintains team diaries, schedules meetings and travel.
