Rathbones Group Plc in Guildford is seeking a Client Service Administrator to join a central team operating locally in the Guildford office. This entry-level, client-facing role focuses on accurate client administration and efficient operations to deliver an excellent client experience.
You will support onboarding, transfers, payments, and estate administration while handling queries and assisting with meeting preparation and travel arrangements.

Provides comprehensive administrative and client life cycle processing support to ensure effective and efficient operations to deliver excellent client experience. This is a client facing role and is an entry level role for Client Service. The role holder will be part of a team that's run by a central group but works day-to-day in the local office.
