Cathedral Appointments Ltd. is recruiting a Wealth Management Administrator in Exeter to support advisers with client reviews, new business and ongoing servicing across pensions and investments. The role requires accuracy, strong communication and experience in financial services administration.

Formación

• Experience in wealth management administration or financial services.
• Familiarity with back-office systems and provider platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to paperwork and compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, client-focused manner.
• Confident using Microsoft 365.
• Progress towards the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning is desirable but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Process new business applications across pensions, investments and protection, tracking cases through to completion.
• Prepare client review packs, valuations and meeting paperwork for advisers.
• Issue letters of authority and gather information from product providers.
• Keep client records and the back-office system accurate and up to date, in line with compliance requirements.
• Respond to client and provider queries by phone and email.
• Support advisers with diary management and arranging review meetings.
