Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Wealth Management firm near Girton looking to hire a Wealth Management Administrator. The ideal candidate will have experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services and should have completed RO1 or be willing to do so within an agreed timeframe.

Job Purpose:

To support the Directors, Financial Planners, and Client Relationship Managers with administrative tasks.

Main Duties:

  • Support administration for a designated client portfolio as assigned by the Client Administration Team Leader (CATL).
  • Process new and existing client business as directed by relevant Directors, Financial Planners, or Client Relationship Managers (CRM).
  • Maintain communication with clients and team members, providing updates as needed.
  • Ensure client records and back-office systems are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Follow company policies outlined in the handbook.
  • Comply with all regulatory and compliance requirements, including FCA guidelines and risk management procedures.
