What is the opportunity?

Members of the Chief Administration Office (CAO) are the first point of contact for Client Facing Teams. We work in partnership with leaders across various areas of the business such as compliance, risk, finance, tax, legal, operations, technology, change and marketing to deliver pragmatic solutions and build strong relationships to ensure effective collaboration.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our CAO team as an experienced Wealth & Investment Analyst on a 12-month fixed term contract.

RBC's expectation is that from mid-September 2025, all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements.

What will you do?

  • Support CFT adoption of business process through the implementation of changes and responding to CFT queries.
  • Review & analyse data quickly and efficiently, investigating and identifying the cause and addressing corrective actions.
  • Remediate data issues and produce meaningful insights and support stakeholders in making data-driven decisions by providing actionable recommendations.
  • Regular engagement/stakeholder management across the programme teams, such as IT, Change, Business Management, Operations & CFT ensuring engagement with SME's from across the business.
  • Support with CAO designated actions from change, data and focus working groups.
  • Represent (when needed) CAO in data and focus working groups.
  • Draft supporting materials and CFT communications regarding change and data, propose to Wealth and Investments engagement team the approach for communication.
  • Contribute with appropriate updates to Office Partners and on CFT Teams Chats, calls to update on Change and Data projects.
  • Work with the W&I business engagement team to ensure offices have the resources & support needed to embed changes within the branch network.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships within the CFT Branch Network.
  • Facilitate the implementation / adoption of other centrally driven projects and initiatives, feeding back constructive challenges from client-facing teams where appropriate.
  • Create transparency and visibility of CAO by tracking implementation of projects, processes, and other central initiatives.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have
  • Proven experience within the financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of analysing data to derive meaningful insights and present them in a clear and concise manner.
  • An understanding of end-to-end business processes and technological impact on relevant areas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a passion for data.
  • Presentation skills, with experience of presenting to Stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills.

Nice-to-have
  • Experience working in a business undergoing significant change.
