Job description

This role is within Macquarie Asset Management - Client Solutions Group - Marketing team, responsible for executing marketing strategies for the wealth channel in EMEA. The role involves product and channel marketing to enhance our Alternative capabilities and brand presence in the region. A key strategic goal is expanding our Alternative offerings in new markets and supporting business diversification, with marketing playing a vital role in capital raising from the Wealth channel.

What will you do?

This role involves designing, managing, and measuring regional campaigns and activations in EMEA, collaborating with other regions for Global Financial Integrity. Responsibilities include product marketing, creating local marketing collateral, partnering with agencies using client-segmented data, and leading regional branding and thought leadership dissemination. You will also support regional distribution teams in client events and sponsorships to maximize ROI.

What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years in channel marketing within asset management, with knowledge of the Wealth marketplace and preferences in EMEA, including alternatives like infrastructure, real assets, and private credit
  • Experience managing communications agencies in a global, matrixed organization with integrity and accountability
  • Creative, forward-thinking mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and strategic performance
  • Strong project management and multi-tasking skills, with ability to build relationships across stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different situations and personalities
