Summary of Role Purpose:

To support the growth of our capabilities within the Customer, Operations and Infrastructure Financial Services (CO&I FS) team – aligned to the Wealth & Asset Management sector, we are recruiting Senior Managers who can contribute by combining industry understanding with transformation, reorganisation, and optimisation skills.

You will be a Senior Manager within our CO&I FS Ops team, aligned to WAM Consulting, helping to grow our business and deliver high-quality advice to clients. You will engage in challenging client projects across the WAM value chain.

As a Senior Manager, you will lead the delivery of key client work, such as leading program delivery or developing KPMG IP. You will also manage junior team members, providing guidance and development support.

You are expected to support business development activities, including proposition development, proposals, RFP responses, and pipeline management. Additionally, you will contribute to practice development through talent nurturing, training, and fostering a positive work environment.

The role is based in London, with potential for frequent travel domestically and internationally.

Description of the role:

Responsibilities include:

• Leading client engagements for Target Operating Model redesign and implementation in WAM
• Applying analytical techniques on operational transformation projects
• Facilitating client workshops for solution scoping and design
• Managing workstreams through all project stages
• Providing Program/Project Management support
• Identifying and mitigating risks and issues
• Developing solutions, methodologies, and tools for operational excellence
• Contributing to proposals and bids

Leadership & Management:

Responsible for project planning, delivery, and risk management, with additional leadership of junior staff. Regular interaction with the broader team and senior client stakeholders.

Impact, Risk, Accountability & Governance:

Operate within CO&I FS Ops, with influence across the wider WAM practice.

The Person:

You should have:

• Experience in Wealth and Asset management consulting
• Experience with large Target Operating Model programs, preferably with leading technology platforms
• Understanding of the WAM value chain and private markets workflows
• Proven project management and delivery skills
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Leadership qualities to inspire and manage teams
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Interest in the WAM sector and continuous learning mindset
• Experience with vendor selection or technology implementation
