About the Role

• You will work closely with the Home Manager and contribute to the daily running of a therapeutic home.
• You will model excellent childcare practice and guide a dedicated team who are ready to follow strong leadership.
• You will play a key role in planning, supporting, and safeguarding the child in placement.
• You will promote emotional stability, resilience, and developmental progress in the child’s journey.

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in residential childcare.
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – essential.
• Passion for trauma-informed practice and therapeutic parenting models.
• Proven ability to lead by example and support staff development.
• Emotional intelligence, resilience, and a child-centred mindset.
