Job description

We are hunting for our new city site team: baristas, site lead, and manager! It's gonna be lush.
We’re Opening a New City Site – Join Our Team!

We are excited to open a brand new location and build a fantastic team from the ground up. Whether you’re just starting your journey as a trainee barista, an experienced junior or senior barista, a site lead, or a manager, we want to hear from you.

We’re looking for people who have experience in specialty coffee, bring a positive and outgoing energy to the team, and are proud of the quality of what they produce whether that’s in management and team leadership, or stunningly delicious beverages and guest experiences. For leadership roles like site lead and manager, some previous supervisory experience is essential. A team-first mentality and strong work ethic are key, alongside a proactive, can-do attitude.

Available Roles:
  • Manager, Junior Manager, or Site Lead
  • Senior and Junior Baristas
  • Trainee Baristas (with full training provided)
What You Will Do

Managers and Site Leads will guide their teams, manage day-to-day operations, coordinate rotas, support training and development, oversee stock and health & safety standards, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Baristas will craft high-quality coffee and food, engage warmly with guests, maintain a clean and organised workspace, support teammates, and help deliver a consistently exceptional customer experience.

  • Site Leads: £14.50 per hour
  • Managers: £31,000 – £33,150 per year (salary)

We provide ongoing training and development, team discounts, on-shift snacks such as pastries or sandwiches (depending on site offering), and regular social events to celebrate our wins together.

If you’re passionate about specialty coffee, enjoy working with people, and want to grow your career in a fast-growing business, please send us your CV along with a short cover letter explaining why you’d be a great fit for our new store.

We’re always on the lookout for great talent across all of our locations. If you’re interested in opportunities beyond this new opening, we’d still love to hear from you.
