JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant to CEO (Full Compensation)

Key Tasks
- Manage CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Diary management for Chairman and Director of Communications & Campaigns.
- Draft correspondence & proofread documents.
- Maintain key business and stakeholder relationships.
- Develop systems and processes for efficient CEO Office operations.
- Produce governance papers and minutes within deadlines.
- Implement Governance Calendar for meetings, ensuring effective planning and reporting.
- Attend high-level meetings, take minutes, and follow up on tasks.
- Induct new Directors, ensuring paperwork is complete and Companies House is updated.
- Plan and manage key stakeholder events, considering reputational risk.
- Collaborate with COO and Director of Communications & Campaigns on governance and board reporting processes.
- Provide general secretarial support to the CEO.
Required Skills
- Over five years of senior-level experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Discretion handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
