Physiotherapist – Functional Assessor

Location: Inverness

Annual salary: £39,500 + excellent benefits

Hours of work: Full or part time available, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with hybrid working

Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephone, video, or face-to-face assessments to evaluate how health conditions affect daily life.
• Listen to patients’ experiences, ask relevant questions, and produce factual reports for DWP benefit eligibility decisions.
• Manage a variety of cases across different conditions, with support to handle caseloads efficiently.

Candidate requirements:

• HCPC registered physiotherapist with at least 1 year of broad post-registration experience.
• Proactive, eager to learn, with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working towards targets in a supportive environment.
• Experience working with diverse conditions, including mental health.
