Job summary

Advo Health is a leading subcontractor delivering Work Capability Assessments (WCA) across the UK. The WCA Operations Manager will oversee AC operations, ensuring high-quality assessments, meeting performance targets, and managing a team of healthcare professionals both on site and remotely.

You will drive continuous improvement, lead performance reporting, and collaborate with senior leadership to align operational delivery with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading WCA or similar healthcare assessment operations.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to monitor, report on performance metrics and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead on all WCA-related performance metrics within the Assessment Centre (AC) and implement strategies to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Provide visible leadership to the AC team to ensure delivery of quality, volume and service targets.
• Deliver team objectives via robust performance management and regular reviews.
• Maintain required workforce to meet volume and attrition requirements.
• Coach and develop team members and succession plans to build capability.
• Work with the Performance Manager to provide real-time reporting and explain deviations from targets.
