General Information

Join our Assessments Division as a Nurse Functional Assessor. This role allows you to utilize your clinical skills in a different way, helping people move forward with their lives while maintaining a better work-life balance. We offer a hybrid working model with assessments conducted via telephone, video, or face-to-face.

Responsibilities & Requirements
  • Carry out assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life.
  • Produce factual reports to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine eligibility for benefits.
  • Work on a variety of cases across different conditions, including mental health.
  • Be an NMC registered nurse with at least 1 year’s broad post-registration experience.
  • Demonstrate proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Be comfortable working towards individual and team targets.
  • Adapt to working with diverse conditions, including mental health issues.
