We are now recruiting for hybrid working Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Paramedics to make the most of their existing clinical knowledge and take on a new role with a supportive, locally owned assessment provider.

Your New Role

As a WCA Assessor you will be providing unbiased, comprehensive Work Capability Assessments (WCA) whilst ensuring a personalised, inclusive and empathetic service for the service user.

  • Basic salary £39,500

  • Hybrid, Approx 2-3 days in clinic per week

  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9-5pm (37.5 hours per week)

Your New Role (continued)

Responsibilities include:

  • Assess the full range of health conditions and disabilities affecting the claimant, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual and cognitive impairments.
  • Conduct 5-6 assessments per day including telephone/face to face assessment and (Apply online only) word report.
  • Your cases and appointments will be spread throughout the day allowing you to have greater job autonomy to manage cases to conclusion.
  • You will have time built into your working rota for breaks, CPD, audit amendments, requesting and reviewing further evidence and team meetings.
Requirements
