Your Role Accountabilities…
  • Proactively engage with and assist our customers.
  • Operate our tills in an efficient manner.
  • Help to ensure products are available to customers at all times.
  • Ensure our sales targets are achieved by fully maximising all sales opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience…
  • Effective, confident communication, engaging proactively with visitors and colleagues.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to keep calm under pressure.
  • The initiative to identify jobs that need completed.
  • An ability to work at pace whilst maintaining great customer service.
Working Pattern…
  • Multiple intake dates across the year requiring 2 weeks of full-time training (Monday-Friday) before starting your contracted hours.
  • Contracts for 32 or 40 hours per week, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
  • Normal working hours are between 7am and 10pm, with occasional late shifts until 1am for events, with prior notification.
  • Availability for late nights, events, and stock replenishment support.
Department Overview... Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter showcases authentic sets, props, and behind-the-scenes secrets of the Harry Potter films at the original filming location. It has attracted over 14 million visitors since 2012, features retail stores with Harry Potter merchandise, and has received over 40,000 reviews on TripAdvisor with a 96% rating of ‘excellent’ or ‘very good’. Recent additions include Platform 9 ¾ with the Hogwarts Express, the Forbidden Forest, and Gringotts Wizarding Bank. In December 2018, Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden acquired the Platform 9 ¾ merchandise group. This role is onsite, with all work performed at the location, subject to business needs and reasonable notice.
