Your New Role… At Warner Bros. Studio Tour London - The Making of Harry Potter, we pride ourselves in being renowned for our world class customer service and best in class products. What we want are naturally friendly, enthusiastic and all-round positive individuals who want to be proud of their work.So, what makes a fantastic Retail Associate? You see a queue at the till? You jump on to reduce the customers waiting time. We’ve run out of Gryffindor Jumpers? You take the initiative and replenish them yourself. It’s about being positive, finding solutions, and having the confidence to do what’s right for our customers. What’s in it for you?

- Proactively engage with and assist our customers.
- Operate our tills in an efficient manner.
- Help to ensure products are available to customers at all times.
- Ensure our sales targets are achieved by fully maximising all sales opportunities.
- Effective, confident communication, engaging proactively with visitors and colleagues.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to keep calm under pressure.
- The initiative to identify jobs that need completed.
- An ability to work at pace whilst maintaining great customer service.
- Multiple intake dates across the year requiring 2 weeks of full-time training (Monday-Friday) before starting your contracted hours.
- Contracts for 32 or 40 hours per week, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Normal working hours are between 7am and 10pm, with occasional late shifts until 1am for events, with prior notification.
- Availability for late nights, events, and stock replenishment support.
