An exciting opportunity for commercial lawyers to join Womble Bond Dickinson’s in-house team. Working on short and long-term secondments, you will experience a supportive culture and focus on exciting projects without the pressure of billable hours. This role offers a permanent contract, comprehensive benefits, and a chance to promote a human-centered work environment.
There's no more exciting time to be thinking about joining Womble Bond Dickinson than now. One of the ways in which we are responding to the dynamic nature of the legal sector is with our team of In-House Lawyers, also known as GCSolutions. We've identified secondment opportunities across a number of exceptional clients and a variety of different sectors. Our current group of In-House Lawyers is working on these opportunities for short and long-term secondments and more project-led initiatives. This has been a highly successful initiative, and we're now looking to grow this team with commercial lawyers seeking an exciting, alternative career path.
Unlike some other flexible lawyer resourcing models, we aim to reduce risk for you by offering permanent contracts within our business and a salary. You'll be fully integrated into WBD, gaining access to our rewards, benefits, development programmes, and support from our wider commercial team. The role will enable you to oversee exciting projects, develop new skills, and work without the pressure of fee targets or billable hours. You'll also be an advocate for WBD, helping us to identify and develop growth opportunities.
