Job summary

Kentec Electronics Ltd, part of the Hochiki family, is seeking a Machine Operator for its Dartford PCB department. You will operate the wave solder machine, set up and maintain equipment, and ensure PCB quality before the next process.

Training will be provided and you will join a team focused on precision and efficiency. Working hours are 14:00–22:00 Monday to Thursday, with Friday 13:00–20:00 and paid early finish on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy and basic maths.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Capable of meeting tight deadlines with accuracy.
• Experience with similar wave soldering machinery preferred.
• Understanding mechanical drawings or artwork preferred.
• Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate the wave solder machine.
• Set up machinery.
• Maintain machinery.
• Handle PCBs.
• Meet departmental and company targets.
• Inspect and finish products before next process.
• Follow safety, 5S and quality procedures.
