MSSC (Marine Society & Sea Cadets) is recruiting watersports instructors for various locations across the UK. This role requires experienced individuals capable of delivering safe and engaging outdoor learning experiences for young people. Qualifications such as RYA Dinghy Instructor and RYA Powerboat Instructor are essential. A rewarding opportunity with flexible working hours and a pay rate starting at £13.68 per hour outside London and £14.17 per hour within the capital. Qualifications

• Experienced at delivering enjoyable, effective and safe learning for young people in the outdoors.
• Experience and knowledge of routine boat maintenance would be useful but not essential.
