Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water is seeking a capable Project Supervisor to coordinate capital projects across water and wastewater assets in Wales. You will manage planned and reactive programmes within time and cost targets, monitor slippage, and ensure NEC contract compliance.

The role requires engineering background, NEC knowledge, and IOSH/CDM health and safety awareness, with strong IT and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Formación

• Engineering background with minimum HNC level.
• Experience testing and commissioning automated systems.
• Knowledge and experience of NEC Contracts, in particular Site Supervisor.
• Health and Safety legislation experience including CDM regulations with IOSH.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage costs.
• Strong IT skills and excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate delivery of planned capital works to defined timelines and budgets.
• Monitor programme slippage and support cost management under NEC.
• Ensure contractor compliance with Works Information and contract requirements.
• Maintain HSE controls and CDM compliance across projects.
• Liaise with design, estates and operations teams to finalise the capital programme.
