Job description

Our client is a prominent water treatment company with a large presence in the UK is seeking the services of a versatile, competent and committed Water Treatment Service Chemist based in Ilford and will include applications from Romford, Harlow, Enfield, Dartford and the surrounding areas.

Ideally, the individual must come from a strong educational, chemical, technical, management, accounts and sales background.

Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Must have hands on experience on cooling towers, steam boilers, etc.

Must be well versed with the water treatment industry and the Health & Safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Visiting sites and carrying out chemical analysis on steam boilers, cooling towers and closed systems

Working on a variety of Commercial, Industrial and Manufacturing clients.

Collating and producing accurate reports.

Providing consultancy advice.

Building and maintaining a good working relationship with the company’s mixed portfolio of clients.

Overall, the successful applicant will be flexible, have good work ethos and have the ability to carry out the work effectively and within time line.
